There are a variety of units in the Plaza Del Sol Condominiums. 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom floor plans are all available. The complex was converted to condos in 2006 from apartments and the builder did a fantastic job. You can expect modern spacious layouts with mostly hardwood floors throughout the living room, dining room and kitchen. The bathrooms have porcelain floors and the bedrooms are done in carpet. That is unless the current owners have done some updating (not that they would need to). Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances make for a modern feel in the kitchens. All units in the builder at 2 bedroom, 2 bath. The smallest unit is 1,415 sq ft and the biggest one is 1,550 sq ft. For buying purposes the units that are closer to the top are more expensive, reason being are those units have a better view. 


23 Story Gated Luxury Building


This luxury condo offers 152 two bedroom, two bathroom units and three penthouse suites. Other than the beautiful views of downtown Fort Lauderdale and the Atlantic ocean the Corinthian has a lot of amenities to offer. Walking up to your unit you will have the luxury of semi private elevator foyers, everyone loves peace and quiet when they get home. Living at the Corinthian Condos put you in the heart of Fort Lauderdale. The ocean is blocks away and downtown is a five minute car ride. The are plenty of places to go for all your shopping needs. As mentioned before The Galleria Mall is a short skip away plus much more on Sunrise Blvd. Across the street from the mall you can go out to eat at the Texas de Brazil or if you feel like cooking something yourself there is the second ranked grocery store in the country, Publix.
