Moving to another state can be a challenging task, especially if you are relocating with a family. South Florida is a great place to live but what about the communities. Will I be able to get a job when I move down? I have kids that I want to put in a good school. What are the schools like. I hear South Florida has a lot to offer besides the beach but what exactly is there to do?

Knowing what areas are good to be in and which ones you should avoid is always important. No one wants to relocate to a difference state or area without know which neighborhoods to check out. Household income is another stat that is important when relocating. Knowing on average what a community household is making is important to know you will be able to provide for you family.

South Florida School Systems

There are a number of great schools in South Florida. Be able to know where they are so you can send your kids there when you relocate. Some of the best public schools in South Florida are Bayview Elementary School, Sunrise Middle School, Fort Lauderdale High School, Design & Architecture Senior High School and Mast Academy. Fun Stuff to do in South Florida

Spearfishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, deep sea fishing and lobstering are just a few of the fun things you can do in South Florida. Fishing is a great hobby to get into, especially since you can do it year round. You can fish off of the beach, a kayak or go out on a boat. The Flamingo is a great charter boat to go deep sea fishing. This charter goes out three times a day for four hour time periods. Reel fishing off this boat is a blast with friends and family. You can bring your own food and drink to enjoy a fun afternoon or night out catching some extra food for the freezer. Want to do something more relaxing then take a paddle board out on one of the canals or ocean to soak up all the beautiful scenes that Fort Lauderdale and Miami have to offer. It's a Friday night and staying in would just be boring. Take your significant other out for some Linguine And Clams or Cedar-roasted Salmon at the high end restaurant called YOLO. You can sit inside or outside as you sip on a few cocktails to relax after a busy day. 

Living in South Florida lives up to its reputation. It is a beautiful place to live and there are endless things to do year round. 

How much would it cost me to buy in South Florida?

Zillow and Trulia are not always up to date. Houses may appear as available but they have not been updated by the listing agent. If you are planning to move in a couple years or are even ready to move now it's always good to start researching the housing market.
