The White Egret Building is Clean and Secure

The White Egret complex comes with the standard amenities you want and need. There is a nice clubhouse to use at your convenience, community swimming pool and fitness gym. Start the day off early by going for a quick workout then head over to the beach and enjoy the beautiful sunny beach. Pets are allowed in the building but there is a 20lb weight limit. There are also regulations on renting the units so owners are occupying the building most of the time. 
The White Egret does require a monthly HOA fee. That fee goes toward good use as it pays for the building exterior, cable television, lawn and land maintenance, recreational facilities and building security. An HOA fee is an extra monthly bill to pay but it also gives you peace of mind knowing that the exterior of your unit is taken care of if your condo is a seasonal or vacation home. 


Living in Fort Lauderdale

The clubroom comes equipped with a kitchen, wi-fi internet, seating up to 100 guests and it is adjacent to the community pool. Reserving the clubroom for a family get together is easy by just visiting the management office to make arrangements. 

Berkley South does require a monthly HOA fee. The fee pays for the upkeep and safety of the entire property. The HOA fee starts around $500 a month and can be as much as $649 for the 2/2 units. 


Living in Fort Lauderdale

Fort Lauderdale is a great place to be. It does not have the big city feel like Miami yet offers just as much to do. Berkley South Condos are north of the city and right in the middle of shopping and dining. Just walking distance from the condo are three amazing places to go out to eat. Flip Flops Dockside Eatery sits on the intracoastal and comes with a fabulous Key West style menu. Flip Flops is a great place to catch some lunch and watch the boats coast along the water. Next to that is a place called Shooters Waterfront. Shooters offers a very elegant and relaxing atmosphere as you pick from the many varieties on the menu. Anything from a Pan Roasted Florida Grouper to a Marinated Sword Fish Sandwich. If you are in the mood for a wide variety of seafood then head over to the upscale Chart House. Chart House has been around for over 50 years. They offer amazing seafood platters and a full bar. The intersection of Broward and Route 1 is in the middle of downtown at the south end of Victoria Park. Running errands is possible by walking in this great location.
